Luomannotko 3 – New full-service Skoda store
Our overall project Luomannotko 3 was handed over to the tenant Helkama-Auto Oy on June 1, 2022. In the overall contract, old premises of about 2000 m2 were renovated and a new shop space of about 2500 m2 and a new workshop space of about 1500 m2 were built in place of the old office building.
Due to the world situation that prevailed during the construction of the project, unexpected challenges arose, which, however, were solved with good project cooperation and the car park was completed on time. http://www.skodaespoo.fi/
