Following the successful construction of the Local Service Center Hertsi in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, TPE was able to carry out the facade and cladding contracts for the apartment buildings to be built in the same block as the center. Helsingin Tuulensuoja and Poukama, which will be completed for residential use in early 2021, and Helsinki Poudantuoja, which will be completed later in spring 2021, are spectacular entities, the ceramic façade tiling of which will follow the new look of the area.
