Our workshop supervisors are highly qualified professionals who ensure that all structures are manufactured correctly and on schedule. Installation work is carried out by our experienced assembly teams.
Our steel structures are manufactured in compliance with the EN 1090 standard, with quality control overseen by DEKRA Inspection Oy, which conducts annual audits. Structural inspections are carried out by independent parties such as NDT NORD Testing and Inspecta.
TPE has developed its own Factory Production Control (FPC) manual for workshop production. Our workshop operations are certified according to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, which authorizes us to CE mark our products within execution classes EXC1–EXC3.
Our in-house design team ensures high-quality solutions
Our skilled in-house designers have years of experience in workshop design. Fabrication drawings can be created based on structural or architectural plans. Component drawings required for production are primarily made at our factory, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Our experienced designers are proficient in the design of wood, concrete, and steel structures at all levels of complexity. We utilize Tekla and SolidWorks software to create detailed 3D and 4D models that support the entire construction process.
