The designers at TPE, together with our partner Suunnittelutoimisto 7 Oy, execute even the most demanding structural plans with solid expertise and over 10 years of experience. ST7’s main areas of focus are structural, mechanical workshop, and element design. We operate alongside Suunnittelutoimisto 7 Oy in shared facilities located in Piikkiö and Espoo.
Structural design
We provide structural design services for all types of projects, including residential buildings, public buildings, and commercial and office premises, regardless of the project’s scale. We work closely with our clients, carefully listening to their needs and thoroughly considering all the requirements of the project.
Our goal is always to achieve the best possible outcome and quality in our designs. Our skilled designers are proficient in designing wooden, concrete, and steel structures at all levels of complexity.
Mechanical workshop design
We carry out mechanical workshop design for steel structures based on years of experience. Workshop drawings are produced based on structural designs or architectural drawings.
Element design
Professionally and carefully executed element design streamlines the construction process by ensuring high-quality work and reducing the time spent on-site. We provide element design services for various types of projects according to our clients’ needs, and with our extensive experience, we are proficient in handling all kinds of structures.
Building design
Our extensive experience in design and working on construction projects plays a significant role in the role of the principal designer. The principal designer assesses the adequacy and quality of plans from different disciplines and ensures that the overall design is cohesive and appropriately scoped.
Building design takes into account factors such as the building’s placement on the plot, its surroundings, shape, style, size, and materials.
